Delete Account

This page explains how PostureFix users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud data. The public URL for this page is https://posturefix-website.vercel.app/delete-account.html.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the PostureFix app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account & Data.
- Tap again to confirm deletion.
When deletion is confirmed in the app, PostureFix deletes your account record and associated cloud-synced data, signs you out, and clears local app data from that device.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email twinbzcorp@gmail.com from the email address connected to your PostureFix account with the subject line Delete Account Request. We may ask for additional confirmation to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
Data deleted
Account deletion removes the personal account data PostureFix stores for cloud sync, including:
- Your PostureFix account identifier and email address.
- Your premium/free status stored in our app database.
- Cloud-synced progress information, such as posture level, selected pain areas, difficulty preference, current streak, total minutes practiced, completed days, saved exercise programs, and weekly schedule.
Data that may be retained
Some records are controlled by third-party providers and cannot be deleted directly by PostureFix:
- Subscription, purchase, refund, and billing records retained by Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers under their own policies.
- Anonymized analytics or diagnostic events that are not linked to your account or email address.
- Records we are required to keep temporarily for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Processing time
In-app deletion is processed immediately for PostureFix account data. Email deletion requests are typically handled within 7 days after verification.
