PostureFix ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Camera data: PostureFix uses your device camera solely to analyze your posture in real time. Camera frames are processed on-device and are never stored, uploaded, or shared.
Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase.
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics about how you use the app (e.g. session duration, screens viewed, feature taps, subscription events) via Google Firebase Analytics to improve the product. This data is not linked to your name or email.
Purchase information: Subscription and purchase data is handled by RevenueCat and Google Play. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the posture analysis features
To manage your account and subscription
To send important updates about the app (no marketing spam)
To diagnose and fix technical issues

3. Camera Permission

PostureFix requires camera access to analyze your posture. All image processing happens locally on your device. We do not transmit, record, or store any camera footage or images.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — for user authentication and data storage (Privacy Policy)
RevenueCat — for subscription management (Privacy Policy)
Apple App Store / Google Play — for payment processing (Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy)
Google Firebase Analytics — for anonymized product analytics (screen views, feature usage, session counts). Firebase may collect device identifiers, approximate location (country level), and crash diagnostics. We do not enable Firebase Analytics for Advertising and do not use IDFA for ad tracking. 5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated cloud data in the app from Settings by tapping Delete My Account & Data, or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.

6. Children's Privacy

PostureFix is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
